Questions owners ask

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. You keep your number and your phone company. You forward the calls you don’t answer to your receptionist, and you can turn forwarding off whenever you like.

Will callers know it’s an AI?

Yes, it says so in its first sentence. Callers who want a person can be put through to the phone you choose.

What does it know about my business?

Only the facts you approved: your services, hours, area and the prices you set. It doesn’t quote a price you didn’t give it.

Does it book into my calendar?

With Google Calendar it offers open times and books only after the caller agrees. Outlook is planned.

What if it can’t answer something?

It takes a message, and the question shows up in the app so you can teach it the answer.

Give your voicemail the night off.
