VoiceDog Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
VoiceDog is provided by Ghazali, Inc. This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to every business that uses VoiceDog and everyone who uses an account.
1. Use it lawfully and honestly
Use VoiceDog only to answer calls for a real business that you are allowed to represent, and only in ways that are lawful where you and your callers are.
2. What you must not do
Unwanted and unlawful calling
- Use the service, or any number connected to it, to place robocalls, telemarketing calls or bulk calls, or to support them, in breach of telemarketing or consumer protection laws.
- Use a number with the service to make callers ring back into a scheme, or to generate traffic for fees or rewards.
- Spoof caller ID or use a number you are not entitled to use.
Deception and impersonation
- Set up the receptionist to claim to be a human, or to deny being an AI when a caller asks, where the law requires disclosure, or in any way that misleads callers about who they are talking to.
- Impersonate another business, a government agency, a public figure or any person.
- Publish business facts you know are false or misleading, such as fake prices, services, licenses, credentials or reviews.
- Use the service for fraud, phishing or scams, or to collect information under false pretenses.
Harassment and harm
- Use the service to harass, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone.
- Use the receptionist's greeting, answers or messages to spread hateful, violent or sexually explicit content.
- Use the service for anything that exploits or harms children.
Sensitive information
- Configure the receptionist to ask callers for payment card numbers, bank details, passwords, verification codes or government identification numbers.
- Use the service for protected health information unless we have signed a business associate agreement with you.
Emergencies and critical uses
- Use VoiceDog as a way for anyone to reach emergency help, or on a line that the public relies on for emergencies or crisis support.
- Rely on it alone where a missed or misunderstood call could cause injury, death or serious harm.
Illegal goods and services
- Use the service to offer or arrange goods or services that are illegal where offered.
The service itself
- Try to get around plan limits, usage metering, security controls or the separation between businesses.
- Attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, or try to reach another business's data.
- Make calls to the service designed to run up usage, test its limits, or manipulate the AI into ignoring its instructions, except security testing we have agreed to in writing.
- Resell or share the service with other businesses without our written agreement.
- Use the service to build a competing product.
3. Your callers
You are responsible for giving callers any notice and getting any consent that the law requires, including that they are speaking to an AI and that calls are transcribed. Where the law requires it, the greeting must include that notice. Do not remove the receptionist's disclosure that it is an AI.
4. If you add texting or outbound features later
VoiceDog does not send text messages or make outbound calls today. If we add them, additional rules on consent, opt-out and carrier registration will apply and will be added here first.
5. What we may do
If we believe an account breaks this policy, we may investigate, remove content, limit or suspend the service, or end the agreement, as the Terms of Service allow. Where the law requires or permits it, we may report unlawful activity to authorities or to our providers.
6. Report a problem
To report misuse of VoiceDog, including a call you believe broke this policy, email [email protected] with the subject "Abuse report". Include the number you called or were called from, the date and time, and what happened.
